New patient cases are $80, with lower fees for returning patients. We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards.
Our pricing is less than half of a typical dermatologist visit and includes evaluation by a board-certified dermatologist, counseling call with provider, calling in prescriptions and lab tests, and helping get in-person care quickly when needed.
You can use your HSA or FSA card as your primary payment method. As a qualified medical expense, we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement if requested.
We accept Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Elevance) in Connecticut, and are working to become in-network with all major insurance providers.
For all other insurance carriers, we provide documentation and support for claims reimbursement. Our team will work with you to gather the necessary documentation and information required by your insurance provider to ensure a smooth reimbursement process. Please note that reimbursement rates, coverage, and timelines may vary depending on your insurance provider.
You can call or text us at 617-902-0443 — our support team is available 8am–10pm ET weekdays and 10am–8pm ET on weekends.
