At Piction Health, we strive to provide comprehensive, compassionate and timely care to every patient. To reduce the number of late appointments, cancellations and missed (or “no-show”) appointments, Piction Health will enforce a cancellation and no - show policy.

We understand there are times when you must miss a medical appointment due to emergencies. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call or text at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not properly canceled/rescheduled before this notice period and you are absent during your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee.

Fee Schedule:
First missed appointment: $25 will be charged to your credit card.
Second missed appointment: $40 will be charged to your credit card.
Third missed appointment: $40 will be charged to your credit card and may result in dismissal from Piction Health’s practice.

Late arrivals:
We understand that delays can occasionally happen; however, we must try our best to keep providers on schedule. If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
